Refund policy

We want you to love your jewelry. Because we partner with top-tier manufacturers and handcraft our pieces, returns are handled strictly based on the collection type to align with manufacturer deadlines.
Return Windows
  • Curated Loose Diamonds & Notable Gems: Returns must be requested within 5 days of the confirmed delivery date.
  • Finished Curated Jewelry(non-customized, not engraved, not marked final sale): Returns must be requested within 10 days of the confirmed delivery date.
  • Handmade Collections: Returns must be requested within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.
Restocking Fees & Eligibility
  • Bridal Returns: Curated Collection egagement rings and wedding bands returned after the initial no-fee window are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 
  • Condition: Items must be in original, unworn, and unaltered condition, accompanied by all original packaging, ring boxes, and grading certificates.
  • Exclusions: Custom manufactured designs, items with custom engraving, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return
  1. Contact sunny@sunnyjstudios.shop with your order number within your collection's specific return window.
  2. If approved, we will provide a secure shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund. 
Size Exchange
  • Contemporary Curated Wedding Band Lifetime Exchange: For alternative metals (like Titanium, Cobalt, Tantalum, or Tungsten) purchased from our Curated Collection, we offer access to the Lifetime Size Exchange Program. 
  • The Process: Do not mail your ring back immediately. You must email sunny@sunnyjstudios.shop with your original proof of purchase. We will manually check inventory to ensure your style qualifies for a trade.
  • The Cost: If qualified, a $20 exchange fee plus return shipping applies. Additional factory fees will apply if the original ring featured custom engraving.
