Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your jewelry. Because we partner with top-tier manufacturers and handcraft our pieces, returns and size exchanges are handled strictly based on the collection type to align with manufacturing deadlines.
Return Windows
  • Curated Loose Diamonds & Notable Gems: Returns must be requested within 5 days of the confirmed delivery date.
  • Curated Finished Jewelry(not customized or engraved): Returns must be requested within 10 days of the confirmed delivery date.
  • Handmade Collections: Returns must be requested within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.
Restocking Fees & Eligibility
  • Jewelry Returns: Curated Finished Jewelry returned after the initial no-fee window are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Condition: Items must be in original, unworn, and unaltered condition, accompanied by all original packaging, ring boxes, and grading certificates.
  • Exclusions: Custom manufactured designs, items with custom engraving, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return
  1. Contact sunny@sunnyjstudios.shop with your order number within your collection's specific return window.
  2. If approved, we will provide a secure shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund total.
Flat-Rate Ring Resizing Fees
Sizing changes are handled as professional service alterations. We offer a flat-rate resizing menu to cover round-trip insured shipping and master bench labor:
  • Sizing DOWN (Gold/Silver): $75 flat rate
  • Sizing DOWN (Platinum): $95 flat rate
  • Sizing UP (Gold/Silver): $95 flat rate (Up to 1 full size)
  • Sizing UP (Platinum): $135 flat rate (Up to 1 full size)
  • Note: Sizing up more than 1 full size may require a custom quote. Eternity diamond bands cannot be resized.
Contemporary Wedding Band Lifetime Exchange
  • For alternative metals (like Titanium, Tantalum, Tungsten, or Cobalt) that cannot be mechanically resized, we offer access to the Lifetime Size Exchange Program.
  • The Process: Do not mail your ring back immediately. You must email sunny@sunnyjstudios.shop with your original proof of purchase. We will manually check live factory inventory to ensure your style qualifies for a trade.
  • The Cost: If qualified, a $20 exchange fee plus return shipping applies. Additional factory fees apply if the original ring featured custom engraving.
