Carrier & Insurance

All orders are purchased and securely insured through Shippo to guarantee 100% coverage from our studio to your door.

Processing Times

Handmade Collections: All handmade fine jewelry pieces are completely made-to-order. Production takes 2 to 4 weeks (though we always strive to ship sooner).
Curated Collections: Processing times are displayed on each individual product page. Please allow an additional 5 business days beyond the listed date. These premium pieces ship to our studio first for a rigorous quality assurance inspection before they are sent to you.
Custom Orders: Fully custom designs manufactured through Stuller take 3 to 6 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the design.

Shipping Methods & Deliveries

Standard Insured Shipping: Ground delivery options are calculated dynamically at checkout.
Signature Requirement: For your security, high-value packages strictly require an adult signature upon delivery.
Limitations: We ship within the United States only. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to carrier insurance mandates.
Delays: Sunny J. Studios is not liable for operational delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
