Limited Manufacturing Warranty & Repair Policy
Sunny J. Studios operates as an online-only boutique. While we do not run a public walk-in repair facility, we proudly guarantee the structural integrity of your purchase.
6-Month Limited Warranty
We provide a complimentary 6-Month Limited Manufacturing Warranty automatically applied to all fine jewelry purchases valued at $500 or above.
  • What is Covered: This warranty strictly covers structural manufacturing flaws. This includes loose accent diamonds prior to wear, faulty clasp mechanisms, or fractured solder joints.
  • What is NOT Covered: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, surface scratches, stretched chains, bent prongs from impact, missing center gemstones, or accidental damage.
  • Resizing Exclusions: Size adjustments and ring sizing requests are treated as standard service alterations and are not covered under the complimentary manufacturing defect warranty.
The Third-Party Jeweler Clause
Any structural modification, sizing, prong tightening, or repair work performed on a Sunny J. Studios piece by an outside local jeweler instantly voids this warranty in its entirety.
How to File a Warranty Claim
  1. Email sunny@sunnyjstudios.shop with your order number, a brief explanation, and close-up photos of the structural issue.
  2. If it appears to be a factory defect, we will coordinate a secure, insured shipping label to bring the piece in for physical evaluation under our studio microscope.
  3. Confirmed manufacturing flaws are repaired or replaced completely at our cost. Accidental or wear-based damage will be issued a repair service estimate quote or returned to you unrepaired.
Protecting Your Investment
Warranties do not cover loss, theft, or catastrophic accidental damage. We highly recommend securing independent jewelry insurance through dedicated specialized providers like Jewelers Mutual or Brio Insurance for complete peace of mind on high-value engagement rings.
